We believe specialist healthcare should not require a journey to Harley Street or a private hospital in Central London. Vivenza Care Group Ltd was founded to change that — placing expert private clinics in trusted community settings, at fair prices, in the communities where patients live.
We operate within trusted NHS primary care premises — bringing private specialist expertise to the communities that already know and trust those buildings. No anonymous clinic premises, no Central London travel.
All clinical services are delivered by NHS-trained consultants and advanced nurse practitioners. We maintain a rigorous clinical governance framework — CQC registered, fully indemnified, and evidenced-based in everything we do.
Mid-market pricing below London private hospital rates, with full fee transparency before every appointment. We exist to serve the local community — not to maximise margin at the expense of access.

Vivenza Care Group develops specialist outpatient clinics within established NHS primary care premises. Each clinic operates under its own patient-facing brand with full CQC registration, clinical governance, and accountability to the Vivenza Care Group Board.
South London's specialist private women's health clinic, offering rapid-access consultant-led and advanced-practitioner-delivered care across six service lines. The first Vivenza clinic — serving the SE19, SE20, SE25 and SE27 communities.

Clinical Governance
Every Vivenza clinic operates under a rigorous clinical governance framework. We are committed to the highest standards of patient safety, clinical quality, and regulatory compliance.
Vivenza Care Group Ltd is registered with the Care Quality Commission as an independent healthcare provider. All regulated activities are carried out under CQC licence.
All clinical staff hold current professional registration (GMC/NMC), enhanced DBS clearance, personal professional indemnity, and up-to-date CPD. We verify credentials before every clinician works a session.
A quarterly Clinical Governance Committee reviews significant events, complaints, clinical audit results, infection control, and medicines management. Minutes are presented to the full Board.
Registered with the Information Commissioner's Office as a data controller. All patient data is handled in accordance with UK GDPR. Clinical systems are fully separate from NHS records.

Premises partner
A well-established NHS GP surgery serving approximately 10,000 registered patients across the SE19 postcode area. Vivenza operates its Private Women's Health Clinic from UNGP premises under a formal room hire and services agreement, with clear delineation of NHS and private patient activity.
Diagnostics partner
Vivenza has established a clinic account with TDL for private blood test requisitions. Patient samples are collected at TDL collection points and results are returned electronically into the Vivenza clinical system, supporting our menopause, gynaecology, and well woman service lines.
